From our breads and pastries, to our salad croutons and breading for our chicken and eggplant, everything starts with dough.


25 years in the making, The Dough Market incorporates a little dough in everything we do.  Starting with our core, the artisan breads are hand mixed, divided and baked fresh in house each morning.  Our breads are the foundation of each of our 15 signature lunch sandwiches and four signature breakfast sandwiches.  Our homemade croutons add crunch to our salads and even our bread crumbs are used for our freshly breaded chicken cutlets and eggplant.


Our pastry doughs are used to hand craft our house specialties: the Vogel's Apple Strudel and the Belmont Cheesecake along with everything from our coffee cakes, cinnamon buns, turnovers, elephant ears and danishes.
